Horse sports is on again! Arena open from 10am Saturday.  SATURDAY- 1.30PM American Flag Bondfield Bounce Bend Running T Barrels Live Music "The Band with No Name", Bar and Dinner from 5.30pm   SUNDAY - 8.30AM Bending Straight Barrels Egg Timer Stake Race Thread The Needle Bounce Pony  Canteen open Saturday and Sunday.  Dinner Saturday night - bar open :)  Camping $5 per family Dinner Menu - Hot Chips, Nuggets, Curreid Sausages & Rice, Pasta Bake/chips/salad, Chicken/Chips/salad. look forward to seeing you there. Rambling Photography will be at the event - please let them know if you don't want yourself/kids photographed throughout the weekend. FRIDAY NIGHT - Mutchilba Community Dinner - from 6pm at the Mutchilba Community Hall.  Adults - $20 Kids - $10   SATURDAY - 10am Horsemanship Day with Brett Hick. Take advantage of the grounds, or head out on a ride; grounds will be open from Friday Afternoon. 4PM SATURDAY - JACKPOT/OPEN FLAG RACE - $5 nom (pay on the day at the canteen) Canteen open from Lunch time Saturday with Dinner available Saturday night.   SUNDAY - 8AM - HORSESPORTS Bending Race Quadrangle Egg Timer Stake Race Thread The Needle Running T Barrels   $5 Camping fee covers the whole weekend and is Per family.   Click here for Horse Sports flyer. Horse Sports April Flyer - click here to see our flyer.   Nominations cover events on both days. We understand that some people won't be there for both days - thats ok, nominations remain same. Events on Saturday are not compeitive - there is no prize money, points or ribbons. Sunday is for competition. $5 camping fee per family - for those staying on Saturday night. Nominations close 10am Saturday 11 April. Canteen is open Saturday night and all day Sunday. We are looking forward to seeing you there.   Saturday Events start at 1.30pm: Running T, Wagon Wheel, Barrel Loop.    Sunday Events start at 8am: Bending Race, Straight Barrels, Bounce Pony Stake Race, Quadrangle, Egg Timer Barrel Race                           

A reminder that our upcoming **Working Bee and Annual General Meeting** will be held on **21 February**.  Working Bee from 8am AGM at 4pm.   We would greatly appreciate your support as we prepare the club for the year ahead and get all the wet season growth under control.  **Working Bee Tasks:**  Mowing - Whippersnipping - Weed control -  pruning Cleaning the clubhouse, toilets, kitchen, and office. Cleaning out/reorganising container Facelift for the Equipment Trailer Stocktake Kitchen/Ribbons/equipment   As the club has limited tools available, please bring along any equipment you can to help with the above tasks. Many hands make light work :)   Lunch will be provided

TROPHY PRESENTATION NIGHT - from 5.30pm. Come and support our riders and their achievements over the year.  Dinner - $12 plate / $6 1/2 plate. Live entertainment, heaps of games and fun for the kids, licensed Bar, Music, Food and good company.
