TRAINING DAY STARTING FROM 2PM

We are opening the grounds up from lunchtime on Saturday 31 May. 

This training day will be a little different to our last one - it will be more structured. There will be four volunteers available for coaching. Please remember this is a volunteer role and who is able to make it may change prior to the event. We will update the page as that happens.

For Now, we will have:

Jumping

Horsemanship - one rein stops, general riding

Dry Work - great for our budding campdrafters; working on turns in the camp, speed rating (we don't have any cows, but we'd like to show you things you can practise without cows to improve your drafting)

Rope Making - Wind down in the afternoon with some rope making skills 

Parade at 5pm - we will be riding in the street parade at 5pm. Would love it you could join us to represent the club.

Free camping available - it is the Dimbulah Lion Festival on Satruday so heaps of food options down at the park.
